I booked in a Samsung galaxy chat by Darro electronics on the 04/01/2013, the touch screen appeared to be faulty and the Internet kept on losing signal, the phone still under warranty took it to Darro, en then the problems started, numerous phone calls, costing me nearly R500, just to find out when the phone will be ready, only got it back on the 18/01/2013, after maybe 4 empty promises about when the phone will be ready, phone calls that have been recorded etc etc, when I finally got the phone back the phone was in worst condition than I gave it in, completely unresponsive and not picking up my sim card, which have forced me to book the device in again, just this time will I never support Darro Electronics again!!
