Every month my account is loaded with 750 mb as part of my bundle. This month was no different except 5 seconds later it was depleted at 2am on the 13th. I then get told from 808 that no one can help me and I have to wait till the billing cycle is complete before I can query it. Firstly, Mtn wishes their service was that fast but more importantly, why must I wait 20 days for you to fix your mistake. I want my data loaded correctly as per my contract. Please can someone be more helpful then 808 as they tell me there is nothing they can do and I must wait.
