Vodacom's sales force bugged me for a month to extend my contract. I finally did so. They then disabled my My Meg package for the rest of the month & charged me per MB, resulting in my most expensive bill in years. they did not inform me that they would do so & the phone records will confirm.
I have been in contact with 3 different Customer Service managers, Marceleno, Samge and Beth. Been given 2 reference numbers (one which was sms'd to me saying the problem had been solved!) & every time I phone Customer Care I have to go through the whole process again!
They have basically money from me - after being a client for MANY years & now they just pass me from person to person & department to department. I am seriously considering going to court cancelling my contract. this has been a huge waste of my time & energy & I'm seriously upset with Vodacom.
