CELL C TO CELL IN THE JHB - VEREENIGING AREA IS HORRIBLE.
WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A 2 IPHONE CONTRACTS ON CELL C WHEN WE CAN NEVER COMMUNICATE!!!
IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY I CANT EVEN HEAR OR SPEAK TO ANYONE WITH MY PHONE BECAUSE OF NETWOTK.
I HAVE CALLED CELL C BEFORE ABOUT THIS THEY ADVISED THEY WOULD COME AND HAVE A LOOK AT SIGNAL IN RELEVANT AREAS BUT IM STILL WAITING FOR THEM. THIS WAS AT LEAST OVER A MONTH AGO.
NOW IM BOUND BY CONTRACT FOR A PHONE I CANT EVEN USE.
THIS IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS OF SUCH A BIG CARRIER.
SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP!!!
I AM FORCED TO USE MY OLD VODACOM NUMBER JUST TO BE IN CONTACT WITH PEOPLE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. I SHOULD JUST GO BACK TO THEM AND STOP PAYING FOR A SERVICE I CANT USE.
