Vodacom Bayside, where do i start! Convince me to take Galaxy tab3, sorry no stock, check in a week. I wait. nobody gets back to me. I check the friday, sorry no stock, i call every other branch they have, same story no stock. Its in your catalogue and advertised!! HELLOOO!! So i went with the iPad, pricing was different to the original pricing Andrea gave my lady. Fuming, with the product i didnt really want, and the price that wasnt promised, i took it in pure frustration. Now after a week, battery doesnt last and i returned it within 7days return policy for testing. Andrea says i will have feedback within 48 working hours. NOTHING!!! NADA!! So i called and asked what is going on. Was informed that it will now have to be sent to a 3rd party for testing and we dont know how long that will take. I asked to be called within an hour with an update. All i get is sorry we cannot help you. Its now almost 80 hours later and still nothing. NO IPAD and still paying. Im so happy!!

So now what?? To what lengths must i go to get a response or some kind of resolution???
