8TA try their luck due to bad account management

In 2010 I applied for a 3G contract with 8TA. I was supposed to get 10GB of data each month for 2 years. I had given them my correct banking details and agreed to a debit order. I used it for the first month and everything was working fine but at the end of the month I didn't notice any debit. I raised this with the store who assured me it is resolved. I also requested my account which I'm still waiting for 3 years later and many phone calls to their debt collection team. This happend for I believe 3 months in a row before they cut off my 3G and I decided to let it go as it was becoming a real pain. 2 years later their debt collections company phoned me with all sorts of threats about blacklist and... I once again requested a statement which I was promised time and again but still don't have. I even agreed that had the statement been correct I would agree to pay off the amount owing monthly using my own eft. Then another 10 months pass and I get an sms informing me they placing a garnishing order against me. This is unacceptable as the amount they want to bill me is over 6k and that for 3m of service!! If it wasnt for their horrible accouts dep I would have never missed a payment
