I had ADSL installed to my home in Kempton Park 2 years ago.
The line was down 2 of 4 weeks, and I ended up terminating my line after 4 months.
Upon contacting Telkom I was told that I had to pay an additional month, and that accounts can not be terminated mid month. I did this.
For the last 2 years I have been receiving a monthly statement every single month. Contacting telkom on this has proven impossible. Customer Service = 0.
I was even contacted by a debt collector. I told them that I will not pay another sent and that usage will show I cut my line off and that there is zero activity. The lady seemed to understand.
Now I receive another message stating that they will commence legal proceedings, and credit has been arranged.
STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM!!!
