Breach Of Contract

I bought books from Bright Books on the 5th of March 2013 and they were supposed to be couriered to me within 48 hours according to the company's terms and conditions. Now it's been over a week of anxiety and great distress because I have wrote numerous emails to the Sales contact person to get the status of my order but there's has been no response the books have not been delivered to date. But before I made payment she would instantly respond to my order queries, now that payment has gone through there's no response. Now I'm thinking was I off my money or what???
