To whom it may concern
I stay in Villiersdorp, Western Cape and I am amazed at how everybody that has MTN and Vodacom contracts can use all the functions on their phone while I cant use any apps that need a data connection as this is too poor. And i drop numerous calls everyday and I think this i unacceptable.
I have phoned Customer service and and 2 separate occasions the agent put the phone down as I was stating my situation.
Can I get a call back with some descent service as I am a paying client!!!
