WE ARE REALLY FED UP NOW! OUR ROUTER HAS NOT BEEN WORKING SINCE MONDAY. WE HAVE REPORTED THIS PROBLEM 3 DAYS IN A ROW AND IT SEEMS LIKE NO ONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO! NOT EVEN THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT! A REMINDER THAT WE ARE STILL PAYING FOR WHAT WE CANNOT USE AND MIND YOU, WE RUN A BUSINESS IN THE HOUSE AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ACCESS TO THE INTERNET FOR 3 DAYS! HOW RIDICULOUS CAN THIS BE. I CALLED IN AGAIN TODAY AND A LADY TRIED TO ASSIST ME BUT NO LUCK. SHE INFORMED ME THAT SHE WOULD TAKE IT THROUGH TO THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT AND WE STILL WAITING. A TECHNICIAN WAS HERE YESTERDAY BUT HE STATED THAT WE JUST NEED TO RESET OUR PASSWORD, ALL THAT WAS DONE YESTERDAY BUT STILL!! DOESN'T SEEM LIKE ANYONE IS WILLING TO HELP BUT YET THEY ARE SO FAST IN DEDUCTING THEIR MONIES! THIS IS JUST BULL SERVICE! WE NEED THIS SORTED OUT RIGHT NOW!
