Schocking attitude

I visited Vodacom clearwater today with my grandmother to get her contract updated. We were advised to have a seat while we wait for someone to assist us. An employee named Hein asked us if we have been helped to which I replied "No". After that two people that came in behind us were helped while we just sat there. I then told this employee that we have been sitting here for a while and we havent bern helped, he then very irritated in a loud tone of voice said " when I asked if someone helped you, you said you were waiting for someone else" which was not the case. I then asked if we should rather go somewhere else, he then still in a very irritated voice said " well thats your decision", this was absolutely unacceptable, at this point my grandmother was quite upset with this employees attitude towards us and asked if we could please leave.
I wanted to purchase some accesories for our phones and tablets but i absolutely refuse to support this store. Both my husband and I have upgrades due in the next month but i would rather drive to a different mall to get better service then go to a shop 5 minutes away and deal with this rude employee
