Dear Vodacom
During September you performed an unauthorized upgrade on my data-only contract number 0716736840. My November bill incorrectly reflect a handset installment of R350 which I did not authorized.
Also include in my statement from you is a R105.01 invoice for an administration fee with a delivery address for a Dr. Opperman, no 20 Joubert Street, Nigel, 1491
This is clearly a case of someone upgrading my contract in error and you are now charing me for Dr Opperman's upgrade.
Your telephonic support is pathetic they keep passing me from department to department. Please help resolve this urgently.
