It started at vodacom menlyn where i upgraded my phone in april and asked for my insurance on both phones to be upgraded as well. On the22nd of october my iphone 5 was
I went to the clearwater vodacom branch and was told that i have no insurance. Rodrick at clearwater branch then activated my insurance for my old blackberry charge me R159pm
Iso R85pm. I then went to the vereeniging branch to fix the insurance and they then cancelled it totally. Friday 25th i went back to menlyn to try and fix the mess they then told me to
Go on hello peter. Today monday 28th october i went back to menlyn and asked to be helped. They put my blackberry service back on and told me to phone the insurance from home. I phoned the insurance and they told me the branch could have done it for me. Now they sending me forms to complete and sighn and then i must go back to a store again to fax the forms back. They sending me up and down and everywhere while this is all there fault from the beginning. My phone is very important for my job and now i battle with an old phone. I also asked about the 2nd phones insurance and that was not done either. What do i do?
