Mtn is ripping people off I took out a contract by them in may 2013 for the sony experia not even a month d ph was broken I took it 2 mtn promenade spoke 2 gary 1 of the consults there he said they will send it 4 repairs 2 weeks later got a call saying the damage is R2380 I mean I ddnt have it a month they said its the hard drive or something if I'm not mistaken they suppose 2 give me a new phone as it never fell or even liquored damage .. I refused 2 pay so much for a phone I never even use and cause of mtn promenade its 5months that I'm paying for a phone that I cont use I have there peoples everything I even took it up with agents at Canal walk who told me 2 take it further very disgusted and angry and want something to be done before I take it further kind regards Caylin.
