My 3 month old Sony Experia V Phone needed to be sent back to Sony for repairs.
I phoned for 2 days to make sure there was a loan unit as I use my phone for Business. Eventually they said they had one available. I went through to Canal Walk and was handed a loan unit that was beyond basic. I cant even access the internet. I was told the reason for this is because my phone is broken and if they gave me a better phone I might it. This is beyond ridiculous and I found it insulting. I have been a Vodacom Contract customer for over 10 years and they have been paid all the money that is due to them. I asked if there was no other option available like a deposit paid for a better loan unit and was informed there wasn't. I would like to know if Vodacom is prepared to pay for the loss of income due to their clear lack of customer service.
