Poor and stupid registering process

Your new process to register online to log into your account is a joke and a big mess. The system is not working properly. I had tried several times this morning to register, eventually I got registered. It then send an email to verify my account. Clicked on the link you send me and then tried to log in again, it gave me an error saying I must verify my account! I JUST DID!!! Clicked on the link again that was send to me to verify and the same error occurred three times. This is unacceptable and ridiculous to say the least. I do not have time to try and register a million times.
I pay a lot of money monthly on my contracts and the service I received today is appalling! Please fix this asap.
