INCORRECT INFORMATION

I Went to the Glen to obtain information on whether my prepaid voadacom mobile would work on my travels to Mozambique - two consultants confirmed it would and i did not need to do anything or activate any service for this.
went to Mozambique this service was not available which resulted in me having to call from hotels and ringing up a high phone bill and my company having to foot the bill.
Went back to the glen and told them only to be told this service is not availble for certain countries and Mozambique is one of them - asked for feedback in writing to sumbit to my compnay as to why i wasnt availlable on business, promise was made - to date no feedback from the glen or management, over a month later and when i go there the consultants go on lunch or head to the back/ staff area.
