On the 08/01/2014 went to unisa giyane to register but i was told that they cant register me because of the course that needs to change, and i asked who can change my course the send me to the guy there they called him Master and he pretended to be helping me and told me he send an email. Went again on the 15/01/2014 and i was told that he did not send the request for my course to change and he requested documents from me and i gave him documents that he wanted, and he told me that now is fixed he will take my numbers and call me to verify my info because i stay 230km away from Giyane, he never called, Went again on the 23/01/2014 and i was told that they've send a mail for someone in Pretora to change my course waited there until 14h30 in the afternoon nothing was happening and I left today is the closing date of the registration guess what checked on the system still my problem is not solved. How hard is it just to change my course on their system. I travaelled more than 1500km for nothing and nobody is going to pay me back my money for transport, i dont even want it all i want is to register with this institutioh is there some one who works for unisa who can help
