I heard about the Outsurance R400 cash back if they can beat your current insurance. I decided to give it a try they however could not beat my current insurance. The consultant advised that she will send me a sms with my unique pin and an email with the link that I will have to follow in order for Outsurance to pay me the R400.
I received the email but not the sms. Clicked on the link and couldn't complete the form.
Eventually I got the sms and tried to complete the application, up until today this page still says "Whoops an unexpected error occurred and we cannot process your request right now"
I then emailed Randal (20 February 2013) to advise him about this and he responded asking me to forward all documents, which I did and ever since never heard a word from him or Outsurance.
I am utterly disappointed with the poor and disgraceful service from Outsurance.
