Well done and thank you

After acquiring a smartphone recently, and having no experience with such a device, I was horrified to find that my airtime was being consumed at an horrific rate, and I couldn't even send a standard sms with a balance of R2.90 anymore
In desperation I called the Vodacom call centre, where a delightful young lady helped me understand how I was losing airtime at such a rate, which was due to social apps, in particular WhatsApp. Although she wasn't associated with Whatsapp etc, she guided me through the process of deleting my Whatsapp account and removing the app from my phone, as well as sending me a subsequent sms instructing me how to free up my frozen airtime and how to disable other social connections, and how to prevent these apps from consuming my airtime secretly in the background.
I didn't catch her name, but I am impressed by the level of service I received from the call center. Thank you to this lady for going over and above, and to all at the call center who have the same level of professionalism and training.
