I upgraded my 14 year old boy's phone for a Xmas present. He was so excited about this, that he forgot that I warned him to be careful with the internet connections and calls. He assured me that he's only accessing free sites. I thought he knows what he is talking about. Big mistake! He downloaded a couple of funnies etc, but nothing serious. His phone also started giving problems, because the buttons did not allow him to exit the sites on occasions. I immediately called Vodacom and spoke to a couple of people and fortunately ended up with Curtis Green. What a wellspoken and mannered man. He was so helpful and explained everything in detail. He then said somebody else will call me to sort out this mess. On Monday I got a call from Marvin. Another star. He handled everything with so much professionalism and actually antisipated things. Thank you Vodacom! I'm really greatful.
