I have had problems with Vodacom phoning with a voice message since May this year. They are demanding money from me which is owed to them by Hendrina. On the 21 October I spoke to Eltino who assured me that these calls would STOP IMMEDIATELY. He said he was going to contact Vodacom's legal department immediately. He also assured me that he would phone me back regarding this matter and would also send me an e-mail confirming in writing that the matter had 'been put to rest'. This has not been done. Since then I have received ANOTHER 6 voice calls demanding the money owed by 'Hendrina'. I do not know Hendrina, have never met her and do not want to know her. I have just spoken to Duang who tells me that there is nothing that can be done about this matter and that I must just ignore the calls. Even when Vodacom phone at 02h40!!!??? I have a pay as you go phone, am in credit and have over 200 talking points on my mobile phone. How do I get rid of these annoying calls from an inefficient company who do not know what they are doing?
