This is my second complaint on about MTN South Africa. The last complaint was about their shockingly poor service providing and their response was "email our coverage team", which I did and they were of no help (they also said I will be getting a call within 10 working days, and it's been nearly 5 months now waiting for that call) and the problem persists. I am not the only one having problems and if you check MTN's Facebook page you will see all the complaints. People are paying hard earned money for a service that never works. I'm done with MTN's customer service and I demand a number of someone at head office in administration as I want to talk to them now about this problem or else I'm going to find higher authorities to resolve this issue.
