I have been calling Vodacom every week for a Repair to a Cellphone. Repeated Messages that the UNIT HAS BEEN ASSESSED AND WAITING FOR SPARES. This is a Company with a greeting message, "Thank you for calling Vodacom, how can I make you smile." Second time I am reporting terrible service in a month. The other query hasn't even been resolved as yet.
