I called the Call Centre during the last week of July 2013 to increase my data bundle, which was going to take 2 to 24 for hours to be completed.
After 2 months, with more than 12 (recorded) calls, totalling > an hour of my talk time to the Customer Care & Head Office, to resolve their problems, has only left me with excruciating frustration.
Now Oct my data bundle is still not activated, my account billing a complete mess and even after demanding to speak to a Team manager to finally resolve the issue, I was told that they have to log a request and that this team leader will contact me 2 hrs later . 2 days and still no response.
Autopage - your inability to provide a service, not to mention good service and your Call Centre staff's demeaning attitude & lack of Customer relations is shockingly up to.
