Slow Internet speeds were experienced even though my area has hsdpa coverage, technicians were sent out on numerous occasions and admitted that there is a problem with the cell tower in my area, after 8 months the problem still persists I was also promised a full refund which did not occur, kindly employ some competent staff that can resolve such issues. I would appreciate it if you could prioritize this matter and resolve it ASAP, this dismal service delivery is unacceptable I will also be loading a complaint with icasa.
