Drifta problem

Since early this afternoon while watching cricket on my laptop with my Drifta connected the system went down and all programs have been scrambled since. I opened the Facebook page for DSTV Mobile and found that numerous other subscribers were having that same problem. DSTV Mobile did not respond to any except to say to phone their customer care which some did but were not assisted and some received no reply. I logged my complaint on the Facebook page and my complaint has been totally ignored. My account is upto date so there is no reason for them to do this to me. Since numerous others are having this problem it appears to be a general fault but DSTV Mobile is doing absolutely nothing about it. As far as I am concerned this is totally shocking. I demand that they fix this problem immediately and pass a credit for the time that I have been off
