Since I signed up with mweb I have had a long list of technical problems and still to this date, I have found no resolve for this problem, the only thing they told me was to upgrade to their premium account that cost me a lot more than normal ISP with better service, last week Marilyn (billing manager) said she would phone me 5 days later and still no call (2nd time in two months she has done that). telkom has given me better service than mweb by a long run, so if you can I would recommend not going to the mweb ISP at all!! save yourself the time and money.
