I have had no internet from mweb for the last two months, will no services to resolve the problem. I have called the technical support numerous times without my call been answered, as I type this I am on hold trying to call them, been holding for the last 20 minutes. Twice telkom technicians have been to my house to resolve the resolution with no success. I have see no serious efforts to resolve the issue from Mweb, my studies have stopped, my business has come to a hault because of mweb, yet they continue to debit my bank account, I demand to be reimbursed for the two months of no servces from mweb or will close the account and move to Afrihost. I am disgusted by this service!
