I've delt with tech support people from other ISPs before but the service I recently got from Mweb has been outstanding.
I've been struggling to get my full line speed after a mweb service upgrade and called mweb tech support, the tech on the other end was helpful but the problem was too complicated to resolve immediately.
Long story short - over the next week or two I received multiple call backs from support to help resolve my issue, specifically from Dale (unfortunately didn't catch a last name) and I could tell he genuinely cared to see my issue resolved.
We managed to get my line speed up to the best as possible but through numerous tests it seems there are additional issues at the actual Telkom exchange. Dale has mentioned he investigate further with them and let me know when a resolution is reached.
I'd just like to thank Mweb and Dale for the help on this difficult problem.
Your dedication is appreciated and I'll continue to reccommend Mweb as the best SA ISP.
