So, after my last report, complaining about having to wait yet another week for my refund, Derick has contacted me and promised that I would have the money back in my account by Friday latest. Well, surprise surprise, it is now Monday and there is still no money in my account. This has now been 4 (Yes FOUR) weeks since they wrongly debited me and this issue is still not resolved. Honestly, I don't know what to do anymore :-(
