I never continued this upgrade, and it looks like it was extended without my permission.
This has happened before a few years ago with a control chat 50 contract.
I would like this contract (0847851855) stopped with immediate effect and all my monthly subscriptions (R299) refunded back to me a.s.a.p.
According to the email below, the upgrade probably took place about 28 April 2012 (if it expires on 28 April 2014?).
Please, I require quick response to this.
