Bad service regarding insurance

I was in a car accident and my phone got at the scene. It is on my fiance'a name, his bag with his phone in was earlier in 2012 and he went to Vodaworld thinking he was insured they then said ur not for this phone confused he filled in the forms and insured our contract. When we went in for the first mentioned incident the response was terrible.
First with a very snotty attitude the lady said you have no insurance. We responded explaining the above incident and yet the response was: sorry we do not have record of this new insurance it was not faxed through and its not our problem but if you can bring the copy we gave you the only can we ma by assist you. I mean that was it, no space for human error as we all make mistake and not sorry wish we could help... nothing. That was it she didn't respond anymore so we had to get up and leave. This is so unprofessional, not even ok if you are cant fin dthe paper lets insure you right now for the future. That is just bad service. actually just no service.
