REMEMBER TO MUTE OR PUT THE PHONE ON HOLD

It's December holidays, I'm in the middle of nowhere in Eastern Cape and my Nokia N8 decides to die. It reads system error for the 1st 6 attempts of me putting it on, then denies me total access by not accepting my security code.

I waited until I get back to Cape Town, then took it to Nokia Care in Century City for repairs. The phone is still under the 24 month warranty. I am met by a lady consultant (Shaheem) who I then explain too what the problem is. She basically tells me that I'm lying about the phone having a problem, and I quote "you have forgotten your security code and therefore that is customer negligence, you will be charged R120 to reset the phone". Its around 4pm. the shop closes at 5pm, she tells me to wait and they will be done before the shop closes.

At 5:05pm I still have not yet received the phone, she tells me 5minutes left. She comes back 15min later saying the phone can't make it past start up, she will call me the next day.

I did not receive that call, up until today (12/02/2013) when I called the shop to enquire. She put me on hold after taking my details, so she thought and I overhear the guy at the back saying nothing has been done. Great service, neh!!!
