Your service is changing for the worst

I use a lot of data bundles, so naturally when the bundles expire i purchase airtime in order to convert to the much needed data, but now say i have loaded r29 or r49 etc... which are some of the amounts that these bundle packages cost... when i have to convert lately vodacom does not action my request citing inadequate funds or not enough credit whereas i have the exact amount to convert for what ever package option i desire, which then means that i always have to load an extra r5 to be able to proceed with the request and receive the bundles... i have called their call centre about my dilemma to find out why this is happening of late because it is rather taxing financially and emotionally because sometimes one does not have the extra r5 rand and you need the bundles for emailing, browsing etc, and the lady i spoke to gave me some story about a new rule that now requires the subscriber to spend a certain percentage of their credit towards calls and data... i feel that this is very unfair because it is my prerogative how i dispense of my airtime the company should not dictate new unjust policy over what is a much preferred norm... you are making things difficult unnecessarily...
