I needed to use my Cell C dongle. As per the complaint 10 July, once again my data was missing.
I was naive to try resolve this via the call centre, as I've never got it right before.
I spoke to guy calling himself Tami (I do believe he gave a false name)
I gave him my name twice, when repeated back to me he did not have the decency (nor maybe the education) to get it right.
I used? 250mb of my 2Gb data. When I mentioned this he had to check. It took him more than 5 minutes to do STD 1 maths, in the interim giving me the run around, at which point I asked for someone competent to assist me. He got upset and said he would not help me with that attitude, and I need to treat him better.
I became furious, and yes, verbally abused him, as I have paid upfront and expected fair service. Is it not why you have a Customer Care centre???
He then proceeded to put me hold hold for no reason
I was later assisted by Mogadi, also asking to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold ten minutes, she indicated no supervisor was available, but some one will call back, to no avail
Your customer care centre is pathetic and a waste of money, paid for by the very customer you calm to help
