I purchased a pre paid data bundle for 12 months upfront from cell c the glen on the 01/11/2012. I paid R1299.00 for 2 gigs per month for a 12 month period which should expire on the 31/10/2013 as the activation date was the 01/11/2012. I received an sms today from cell c stating that my data bundle is about to expire and that I should renew by the end of April. I called the call centre (140) and spoke to a Sipho Mollo and explained my situation. He asked me to hold the line as he needed to check something, he put me on hold and then cut the call. I called the call centre back and was told by Mbali Zitha that she could not transfer me to him but could email Sipho Mollo to call me back. I doubt that he would call back as the service from Cell C is pathetic. I have experienced endless problems with Cell c and cannot seem to win with them. I know face the problem of Cellc terminating a data bundle which I have paid for till the end of October 2013.
