Why is it so difficult to get service?

Queries were rather simple:
1 - I have a prepaid data SIM card data bundle (which uploads data on a monthly basis)
-I wanted to find out on which date the data is uploaded, and when the last upload would be so I could purchase another bundle.
2 - I have a separate dongle with a sim which I wanted to buy airtime and load and needed instructions.

On the 29th April, I had 14 calls to the call centre from 13:15, until 17:27
Either I was cut off, or was told I got to the wrong department and they couldnt assist.
I tried 6 different prompt options to get through to help, nothing.

On my last call I asked to speak to a supervisor - after being put on hold for 8 minutes I was informed that he was too busy, but would call back immediately. Unfortunately Phumi (zi)'s supervisor still has not called.
After sending a query now by email, I receive a response:
"Kindly be advised that Data on your repaid sim is loaded on the date that you had it activated the first time.
For any further assistance do not hesitate to contact customer care on 084140"

You must be kidding.
I am shocked at what is seen as acceptable service levels.
I want the call centre manager to PHONE me, if service important...
