I sent an email through to Vodacom over a week ago. Asking them about transferring data from one phone to the next. I refuse to call in as you end up holding on for hours then get connected with some useless person whom cant speak a word of English. So please pray tell what the F... CK is the point of having an online quiery system if you DONT get back to your customers!!! I say DONT use Vodacom they are pathetic and a waist of space. Just close your doors
