I believe this will be my every months Heartache to call Vodacom with regards to my Data Bundles. Last month i called and called to find out WHY i didn't receive my Data Bundles, eventually after writing to Hello Peter they gave me my Data without investigating why i did not receive them in the first place.
This month again i have only received only 100MB instead of 500MB as per my contract.
I think I will be initiating a campaign on Vodacom's services with other unhappy customers like me.may be its about time to inform other prospects that Vodacom is not about Good service as always promise... watch the space!!!
