Think twice before entering into a new contract? A year ago I bought 2 new contracts at PLanetfitness - Wanderers. I dealt with a sales agent Vincent who tried and sell me 3year contract. I wanted me to believe it was the only option. After pointing out to him I, m only interested in signing a 1 year contract with the option ones it end to go onto a month to month.the suddenly that option became available. I asked him to ensure that it will be on a month to month after the year. I was assure that that was the case.after 4 months. They still could not capture 10 numbers correctly for a debit order. I left so many message with Dylan HInde to call me. Only not to have any response from him. Dylan seems to have no customer skill on
resolving any member problem. Also never available via ph. Had report him to his manager before getting a phone call from him. Never the less the year contract expired only to discover that it not what I bought into. There is no option on go onto a month to month. After not getting much help again from Dylan. I had to go into the gym to face him. Only to be told basically tough luck.u to buy new contact. U would think they would more helpful
