PSD calls charged & refusal to place billing Limit

I am extremely upset as i woke up this morning without any service on my cellphone contract despite having R200 available on my contract. When i checked this morning on the website i saw i have been charged for PSD calls to the amount of R1000. My contract amount of R200 was still intact. My understanding is if your data allocation is depleted it needs come from your rand amount available. for this very reason i activated bis on my contract to use my old blackberry once balance gets to low. Please sort this out as i have put a stop payment on my bank account and refuse to pay the psd calls. I will not be paying this account untill this has been sorted. I also went to the mtn shop they refused to put a limit on this account as the smartphone takes to much data.
