In december 2012 i contacted the Vodacom store 031-5663157 advising them I would like to cancel my contract. The gentleman that answered advised that there is no need to send a cancellation through it will be cancelled. In ZFeb and Mar 2013 I was debited for thsi contract. I called Vodacom customer services around the 05/03/13 and was advised that no cancellation received. I was told that a letter was sent to me in February advising of an upgrade on contract., I advised them that no letter was received by me. On the 04/04/13 I received a call from Tembi at 12h45 stating that a refund will be done once she speaks to the vodacom for u (store) and try to retrieve a call recording. Since then no response.
