For weeks I've been communicating with the legal department at Vodacom to get my record cleared for account cleared Dec 2011. Connie denied calls ever being made by myself and my legal representative before today even though last Thursday I was promised that my credit record would be updated within 48 hours. She further advised me that Vodacom can only list people on ITC but is not responsible for removing them. This is utter rubbish, why do they shed the responsibility of the listing they have registered when it's time to unlist people, that's js criminal. I'm off and utterly disappointed at the incompetent service received. I hope many more Vodacom customers learn the kind of service provider they are dealing with so that can use other other networks instead.
