Did apply for a switch board to have access to voice loggers. The switch board was install and a few months (after a lot of problems) later activated without the voice loggers. I told the sales lady that the reason for the application was the voice loggers. I do not need the switch board if I cannot have the voice loggers. With installation this was communicated to Telkom several times, over the past few months without any success. The Sales persons do not return my calls or answer my emails. The Customer Centre cannot help with this problem and refer me back to a Business manager, but no business manager was assigned to me. The call centre told me to rather phone the Sales person that helped me. It seems like no one is able to help me with this problem or to cancel the contract. I need some one to speak to, urgently.
