LACK OF SIGNAL ASSISTANCE URGENCY

I logged a complaint about the signal and requested my contract be terminated with no cost to me as a result of mtn not delivering what I am paying for! I pay good hard earned money and I get nothing but bad service in return! I have logged a signal issue with the call center and I have filed a complaint on hello peter prior to this complaint and I still have nothing to show for it! mtn sent me an automated document requesting the area details amoung other details and that was completed and returned nearly a month ago and I have heard nothing from mtn since! to say that I am unhappy is an understatement of note! I had signal issues with Vodacom and when I left them I requested mtn come out and test the signal before I sign up with them the signal was working fine for about 7 months and then the instability and varying signal strength started to be an issue! that was about 4 years ago! now the signal is so unstable my 3g signal literally changes every second I have 3g then I don't then I have 3g then I don't!!! you people spend so much money advertising your services but you don't bother to make sure you are delivering them!!! that is totally wrong & quite honestly thievery
