I called in this morning to cancel my DSL line on my account, and unlucky me get this dude on the phone with the worst attitude and people skills ever, I am still speaking to him then he switch the music on, after I waited 10min for his server to get my details, when I tried to ask him how to change the account details he switched the music back on. Then he said I must wait for my reference number because an agent will be calling me in regards with my DSL crenelation after I had hold for 5 min he just put down the phone, this is redicilouse I will not be paying for the DSL part off the bill coming, I tried to cancel it. But your agents are useless
