So after getting back a R4200 quote to fix my cracked Xperia Z and dealing with Sonys PR company as I believe the issue to be a poorly designed and from what I've seen online a flimsy screen that cracks from heat or even light abuse from a toilet brush bristle... go to youtube and you can see for yourself... I got a quote for R3499 and the same physical abuse report from the repairer ssscellular btw R3200 for the replacement screen... how ridiculous. I will never again buy any Sony product be that Vaio, Ps4, Bravia tv and definetly nothing cellular. So much for quality and warranties @ Sony.
