I've been trying to order a Blu-Ray disc on 7-08-2013 with my credit card online, but their server keeps saying order failed. So I chose the EFT payment option and their server took me through procedure and automatically put in an amount and payment went through, but then their server just kicked me out again without giving me an order nr. So I e-mailed So Music several times with all the details, but they can't trace my order. At last on 14-08-2013 when I called them someone helped me to re-order telephonicaly and send me an order nr. After 3 days after I mailed them again to find out the status, they said there is still an outstanding amount of R39.95. I made the payment immediataly and faxed it, but again after I've send a few mails, there was still no responce. Meanwhile I saw on my credit card that on 7-08-2013 there was 2 amounts that did go off for So Music. I've mailed and called them again, but no one comes back to me. Today I called them again and explained everything and the person said that I still have an outstanding amount. He did say he will find out and get back to me before 15h00, so hopefully I'll get some responce. This was my worst online purchase ever.
