I know this complaint will fall on deaf ears, but nonetheless...

Firstly, I refuse to ETag, but I acknowledge that if I have used something that is charged, then I will pay it... it's just the way I was brought up - so don't mistake me for one of your supporters - I'm not.

Available payment options to VPC were:
1) driving through more etolls to get to a customer centre - NO
2) Adding you as a beneficiary on my bank - NO
3) Making a credit card payment over the phone - NO
so I was left with the final option
4) making a credit card payment online - big mistake.
Each time I tried to make the payment, it told me that the transaction failed even though I entered in my OTP sent to my phone from the bank. Stupidly thinking that your bullsh#t system actually was telling the truth, I tried again and then one final time.
Today, my bank statement informs me that I have made 3 payments to you for the same amount.

All I can say is that you have 7 days to refund what is not yours. Following 7 days and no refund has reflected, you will be invoiced for the interest of Prime 2% compounded on that amount..
